Terms of Service
BeDoktor provides educational study tools for medical exam preparation. It is a learning aid only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be used for clinical decisions or patient care. Access to paid features requires an active subscription. By using the service you agree to use it lawfully and not to share, resell, or redistribute its content. Full terms are published at launch; continued use after launch constitutes acceptance.
Privacy
We collect only the data needed to run the service — your email for passwordless sign-in, your study progress, and payment records processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not sell personal data. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored by BeDoktor. You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@bedoktor.com. A full privacy policy is published at launch.
Refunds & cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. If you experience a problem with a purchase, contact support@bedoktor.com within 14 days and we will review eligible refunds in line with consumer law. Day passes and one-time credit purchases are consumable and non-refundable once used.
